Cancellation Notice
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $30 will be applied.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $30.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment due to exceptional circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation!
